Hi neighbors! My name is Jaclyn Ziobro. I am a transplant from the Chicago Suburbs and have been in Delray for 7 years. I have one amazing son and one amazing furson. I got my love of baking and cooking from my Grams. We would spend hours in the kitchen laughing and learning. She always said “a recipe is a suggestion…you add or remove whatever you like”.  I have been making banana breads for many years. My family and friends have been telling me I need make it a business….so I finally did it! I take pride in my baked goods and use high quality ingredients and use local goods as often as I can. I use unbleached flour, farm fresh eggs from a local farm, and pure vanilla extract. There’s so much love put into each loaf that you can’t help but smile after your first bite!
