I have always felt a connection with farming and growing food so when the opportunity came to leave the kitchen and pursue farming, I knew that was the right path. Red Splendor Farm would not have been possible without my wife’s aunt, Melodye. She has owned Abells Nursery, located in West Lake Worth, for over 40 years. Melodye's generosity and passion for growing fresh herbs, fruits, and vegetables meant my family and those I cooked for could also enjoy her bounty. The direction of Red Splendor hasn't been the same since.

            Red Splendor is now a farm, a private chef farm to table dinner in your home, a farmers market, a delivery service and so much more. Thanks to a community driven local business, Palm Beach Meats, Red Splendor also functions as a biscuit pop up and farm to table dining experience once a month. The future of red splendor doesn't end there but for now, I put on my straw hat and meet Melodye on the farm each morning. We focus on the day's harvest and get ready for our customers at the local Green Markets. More details on where to find us coming soon!
